can no read all of keycode what can i do

Can you tell me where you purchased your copy of Webroot SecureAnywhere? Also the keycode looks like this:
20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
Do you still have WSA installed? if you do look here to see your Keycode: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C12_MyAccount/CH11b_ActivatingKeycode.htm any other info would be helpful!
