can't access new product
Had trial version of "secure" Bought new. Downloaded. opens old version not new. Advise

I am a bit bit list by the "opens old version not new". Would you be able to provide more information as to what you believe the new version is, i.e., name of product & version, as opposed to the old version, again name of product & version. That would help us try to understand exactly what the issue is that you are reporting.
