Can't open Chrome or Firefox in Sandboxie when Webroot is turned on

I like to open my chrome and firefox web browsers in sandboxie for added protection. It used to work with no issue, but now when i try to open them, the browsers windows dont open. Sometimes they will open once, but if i close them, they wont again.

When i completely shutdown my Webroot Secureanywhere, they browsers work again in sandboxie.

Help please 🙂

Sorry that this question slipped by...

I have never tried using Sandboxie within these two browsers.

My best suggestion is to Submit an Support Ticket and have them take a look at this issue.

Please let us know if this was resolved or not because I read that Webroot is not compatible with Sandboxie.
