I cannot shut down my Mac after installing Webroot. I must hold the power button to shut it down. I have tried to access support but there is something crazy with the support system and passwords. Here is the message I get when I try to shut it down.

I am no MAC experts but although it may not deal with the version of OSX that you are running this previous thread may be helpful to you. Give that a try and post back to let us know how you get on.
