Had a third party scan my laptop when my Kindle died and my computer showed multiple listings of web addresses that were "monitoring" it. They told me I had KOOBFACE and it had taken control of my computer. Ran a scan immediately and Webroot did not show this virus or its quarantine . . .
Is it possible that WEBROOT did not detect it?
Can Webroot detect and remove KOOBFACE Facebook malware?
Sounds like the typical SCAM that is going around. Koobface cant run on your kindle, and this:

Doesnt make much sense either. If this was some 3rd party you contacted or contacted I would ignore it.
