CAN YOU GET A FULL SYSTEM SCAN WITH WEBROOT INTERNET SECURITY COMPLETE

Of course you can. All you need to do is to click on the 'Scan my Computer' button in the main app panel to initiate a full scan of your system.

Thanks for fhe quick response. My previous antivirus had a quick scan and a full system scan button so I wasn't sure.

Well WSA in fact has four different types of scan, Quick, Full, Deep and Custom. The Deep scan is the recommended default scan and is all you normally need as explained by the links in Baldrick's post.
 
The User Guide explains here how you can create custom scans should you wish.
