Page freezes on Face book only. Have a new router from Comcast. Still freezes on Face Book and constantly resets the router!

I am very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
Webroot would not cause an issue like this, and if it did, it would say that for every page, or provide a blocked navigation page.
I would advise contacting Comcast and asking them to troubleshoot this issue for you.

I am not sure why it would say that. Honestly it sounds like the router is configured incorrectly.
I would advise contacting Comcast at this point as they are better versed to troubleshoot this issue for you and that is part of the service you receive from them.
