cannot install with a new key code
i had a price adjustment made on my mac so they cancel my original suscription for antivirus. reran the transaction and gave me a new keycode to install. it keeps telling me my suscription has expired and will not let me install with new keycode. any suggestions would be appreciated

One of the nice things about WSA is not just how small it is and such a quick download and install, but it also uses the same download for each version. You do not need to install the new version, you already have it installed!
Open WSA
Click the gear tool next to My Account
Enter the new key code in the box provided
Click the Activate button
That should be all you need to do!
