Hello ?,

I think that your best bet is to submit a Support Ticket so that they can take a look or even whitelist this for you because this could be a false positive?

Hope this helps,

Kind Regards,

Thank you Sherry,

I followed your advice and I put a ticket in …… I received an answer saying that it is being monitored and the files have been whitelisted, I shouldn't have any problems ...........but every time I try it closes windows and puts it into a crash............. I have sent another ticket but ......it's really urgent that I install this microscope and with the time difference (I'm in UK) I don't know when I'll get a reply..........so just wondering if anyone on here might have any ideas.

Thank you all in advance
Kindly allyb

Hello ?,

I am really sorry you are having these issues with your program.

Would you try this below and see if that works for you? Before this reboot your computer ok?
