Wwhat is the best way to clean my computer regarding cookies, temp files etc? Any easy maint?

Then I would add that you could download ccleaner (piriform website) And use carefully.
Now here is another way to do maintenece on your Computer is to right click on your C drive/Properties/ Disk cleanup.
