On my mac I upgraded the operating system to os Catalina version 10.15.4. I have a current webroot subscription and the new desktop screen shows a webroot icon. The problem is that when I click on that icon, the app does not open. I do not have my current key code. I tried to reinstall the app using the name and email listed on the subscription but keep getting an error message. I do no know if it is a problem with the os Catalina, with its settings, or with the webroot app. Any advice would be appreciated.
