computer is slow. can't download CNN video, takes too long. Why? already cleared cookies.

This mentions having the Adobe Flashplayer https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
 
Please uncheck any add ons for they are PUAs
 
If your computer is slow it could be caused by many issues. Did your computer become slow after the install of Webroot?

You may also try Allavsoft which can download CNN videos to MP4, AVI, WMV etc on Mac or Windows computer

Thank you for the attempt to help but this forum is for helping users with there potential issues with WSA and NOT for recommending alternative software...whatever that may be.
