I have recently signed on to work from home but whenever I try to download the backup file to my computer so that I can revisit the job when needed. Webroot says the file is a threat and will not allow me to use it. I am running Windows 10 and thought this may be the problem. Also how do you change the settings to allow the file.

Hello ?  and Welcome.

If Webroot is flagging it as a threat, then it is important not to disregard this, without being sure it's a false positive. Have you downloaded it before with Webroot installed?
