Hi
I have 2 subscriptions for WSAC (one for 5 devices and one for 3), both subscriptions have been renewed in the last month. Latest being today, previously all my devices were listed on the one console, so when I was registering my new Keycode I never ticked the box "create new Console" as I assumed that it would just take me to the old console, and update the devices accordingly. I have updated most of my devices with the new keycode, but when I logged into my Account, none of the devices are showing on my console?
My question is how do I get all the devices visible on the console, as they were before I bought the new subscription?
Any help would be appreciated!

You could try a couple of scans and thyen wait an hour to see if your PCs show up. Otherwise Please submit a Support Ticket and they will get it sorted for you! https://www.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp
