console not registering 3rd computer

I bought a new keycode and activated it on all 3 of my computers, which all 3 said was successful, but at the console it still only shows 2 of the 3 computers as protected

Welcome to the Webroot Community,
 
Would you do a scan of Webroot and then reboot your computer? Then check your Account Console.

      Yes, I have done a couple of scans since activating the key and just rebooted, but still Account Console only shows the other 2 computers as protected, and not this one.
      This one is an HP Spectre x360 if that makes any difference...

      Oops, my bad, it was actually a different computer that was not showing up as protected, not this one.  I rebooted that one and now it does show up as protected, thanks!
