does webroot remove coolkies at all?

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
With the Complete version and or the Gamer version yes it will with it's Optimizer feature but to add cookies are harmless so why worry about them? http://www.speeli.com/articles/view/Why-internet-Cookies-are-harmless about Internet Cookies: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_cookie and if you still feel that you need to clean your cookies then I would recommend CCleaner Free.
