My CPU utilization is at 77% and WEB is responsible for nearly 30% of this. No scan is in progress and it stays there even after reboot. How do I get this corrected?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Would like to clarify something in terms of what you mean by 'WEB'; the process related to WSA is infact 'WRSA.exe'; they are 32bit and there should be TWO of them...one under System and the other under Admin. So is this what you are referring to when you mention 'WEB'?
