Hello - Is there a way to create a report on all past detected virus infections? I am having trouble seeing it.

Hi Bob,
Welcome to the Webroot Community.
You can view the threat log, which contains a list of all threats found since installation, by doing the following;
Open WSA (click Webroot icon by clock)
Click on gear next to Utilities.
Then select the Reports tab.
Then click the Save threat log button.
After choosing a location to save the log to you then will be able to view the report.
