In successive days, I get about 10 of these undeliverable e-mail notices from the Mail Administrator with attachments labeled such as 'ATT00049.dat; ugent call RBI.......eml' which I never sent. The recipient that did not receive the e-mail was 'saritaclerk016@fmail.com', for example. Do I have a virus I can remove?

I don't think it's an issue with WSA itself but please Submit a Support Ticket so they can have a look at your logs and let you know what's happening.
