Hello Everyone.

Iam getting a new computer, and I have few older computers, and I want to add webroot to my new computer, I need to deactivate from one of the older computers.

How can I do that

If your still using the old online console you can deactivate the PC in there: https://identity.webrootanywhere.com/v1/Account/login

 

If your using the newer one https://account.carbonite.com/account/logon? then you will need to contact support as there the only one that can remove the old unneeded PC
