I installed the app on my new tablet and I tried logging in and at the bottom of the page it says agree and launch but when I log in it wants a keycode

    Could you tell me where you purchased your Subscription from? You will need to your keycode to activate your Protection regardless of what device you install it on. If you have it installed on your Computer, you can find it by pressing "My Account" at the bottom right of the Main Window.
