Who did you purchase and/or renew through? Was it Webroot directly or was it through Best Buy/The Geek Squad. If the latter then (i) you will need to contact them directly to find out as they take the money so to speak but (ii) bear in mind that a renewal through them can take a day or two to go through the back office systems of both companies...so give it some time. There is a 30 day grace period from the date of expiry, for precisely this reason, during whichyou are fully protected.
If you purchase/renewal was through the former, i.e. Webroot, then please Contact Support or send them a message about this.
