Do I need additional Malware Protection?

Well, it all depends on personal preferences, but I personally think that the high level of protection and its complexity, which provides Webroot SecureAnywhere Complete is more than enough to feel completely safe.
An important advantage of the Webroot is an effective cooperation with other security programs - personally I've tested many of them - to finally realize that WSA is completely enough and the best solution for all my needs.

I have Webroot installed on my laptop but every time I am online trying to go to certain sites. I get windows opening with threats that I am going to be attacked. one has a voice that comes on saying that my computer has been attacked and I must call them, they say they are Microsoft. I have a hard time getting out of the page and closing b ut I have.  Obviously, I have some virus or malware, why is Webroot not fixing it?  Do I need one of these malware programs like Plumbtyes?

It sounds like you have fallen for a scam and I strongly recommend you contact support HERE.
It is free to all current subscription holders and they will go through your computer and see what has been done.

THIS IS A SCAM!!  Neither Microsoft nor any other company sends emails, pop ups, or phone calls of any kind advising that you may have a problem.
 
If you clicked on any links, allowed them to remote into your computer, or went to any websites please Submit a Support Ticket ASAP.  (Now would be a good idea....)
