i NOTICED i HAD ANOTHER VIRUS PROTECTION THRU MICROSOFT COME ON MY COMPUTER, DO i NEED THIS, i HAVE WEB ROOT

Welcome to the Community Forums.
In my humble opinion if you are running WSA on your system then you have no need for any other anti malware application. You are well protected.
However, having said that if you feel like having a layered security system then you can happily run WSA in conjunction with almost any other of the mainline security apps out there. It is designed from the outset to work with/run along side other such apps. There are just a couple that it is known that there are issues with and neither of them are Microsoft-related.
