How to kill webroot from launching on startup?

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
You can set Webroot to manual startup in "Services" (Start button, type "services.msc").
Scroll down to WRSVC and set to "Manual".
But be warned. Webroot will not run until you start it, possibly leaving you vulnerable to malware.
