does anyone else find downloading to be a nightmare
I have NEVER had so much trouble getting support. As I wait for my 3rd (in a week) 20 munite plus on line for help, I am thinking my next stop is tge REFUND dept. At the way everything else so far has been handled, it may 2017 before I receive it.
