Does my webroot come with pop up blocker?

I just registered and installed the WebRoot protection.  I just wanted to know the following:
 
1. Does it come with pop-up blocker or do I have to download an addtional service to block the pop-ups
2. Can I purchase additional protection time from Geek Squad once my 12 months "free" offer is over?

    No Webroot does not come with a pop up blocker.
