Does webroot back up my computer periodically? .
I was hacked and after changing my password, etc... I noticed all my my contacts in my att email are gone. ATT suggested I ask webroot if they have a back up?
AT&T asked if we backed up the contacts from there Web based email service? That's a bit odd really since none of the information would be stored on your PC unless you speicifically exported your settings (Which I am not sure you can with there email service).
Some of the Webroot products have a backup function but it wouldnt backup those email settings I am afraid to say. I am suprised that they dont have a backup of the contact details from your account.
