does webroot defrag my system
Cant tell if Webroot defrags my system. It's not under utilities? Does anyone know that to be so??

The simple answer is 'No'...WSA is an anti malware application, not a system utilities application, and the 'Utilities' tab you refer to is specifically for a small set of utilities related to WSA. Yes, there is, depending on the version you have, a System Optimizer utility but no defragmentation utility.
If yo are looking for such a utility there are a number of very good freeware utilities that I would be happy to advise you on but not in this forum as it is a Webroot forum.
