Hi jeanniejbooth

OK, so one point at a time...:D

1. where does it show scan result for anything that been detected?

Normally, when there have been detections WSA will change colour and you will either receive a popup about the detection or you will be shown Quaratine and what has been detected/why.

You can always check what has been detected by Saving & viewing a Threat Log; click on the 'Utilities' tab in the main panel, and from the further options revealed clcik on 'Reports'.  That will open a new panel on the left of which you will see 'Save Threat Log' & 'Save Scan Log' options...if you select the latter and follow the onscreen instructions it will save a copy of the latest Threat Log to disk for you AND display it in Notepad from which you can view, etc. the details.

2. the option for quarantine?

Click on the gear/cog symbol to the right of 'PC Security' in the main panel and then click on the 'Quarantine' tab in the panel displayed next.

3. Can webroot do a full sysytem scan, if so can you explain how?

Just click on the 'Scan My Computer' button displayed in the main app panel.  That does the scan that you are looking for by default.

But if you want to change the nature of the scan then click on the gear/cog symbol to the right of 'PC Security' in the main panel and then in the panel displayed next click on the 'Custom Scan' button in the bottom lefthand corner to get all the scan options and change then to customise your scan.

Hope that helps?
