Does webroot do a system scan like bitfender (when requested?)
Bitfender does a reg scan but I can request a complete system scan from them. What does a normal webroot scan do.

In a sense 'Yes' but then again 'No'; Yes, it does a system scan but 'No' it does not scan every file on your system. Webroot's philosophy is that only active malware is a threat and therefore when it scans it only looks in place where malware can be active and will therefore ignore any places where it cannot be...which stands to reason.
