Does webroot do network security. network firewall, anti hacking network security for email?

WSA protects you local network in terms of security and firewall protection (leveraging the very good Windows Firewall in the process), and also secures your network against hacking...all of which is done by the various Shields that make up the WSA arsenal.
 
However, it does not specifically protect emails other than to check for any malformed/dangerous links embedded therein and of course it will deal with any payloads that may be transported into your system via email.
