Yes it does have a look here: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C13_Settings/CH13d_AdjustingHeuristics.htm and I run it on Maximum but for most Default is suggested.

I run mine on the default, i.e., Enable enhanced heuristics...and as Daniel says it works fine...no issues.
