problem with printer not conneting to network
webroot have a firewall blocking connection
DOES WEBROOT HAVE PROBLEMS WITH BLOCKING PRINTER FROM CONNECTING TO NETWORK

Welcome to the Community Forums.
This has been raised before in the Community and there are a number of things you can do to try to check this/resolve this.
The first depends on which version of the operating system you are using. If it is WIndows 7 then you can click on the gear/cog symbol to the right of the Utilities tab and from the next panel siplayed you can click on the System Control tab. Once in that tab you should click on the 'Start' button under Control Active Process.
From the list of processes displayed you should check for a printer component/process and look to see if it is marked as 'Block'...if it is then it can be changed to 'Allow'.
If you are using Window 8 or above then you will need to uninstall & then clean reinstall. If you need instructions on how to do that please post back.
In both caases we are trying to make sure that the Firewall is not blcoking an outbound connetcion from you printer.
