does webroot scan for infections and virises

my webroot for several days had an exclamation point on it and said infection then today it said it has never scaned for an infection or viris i can only get it to scan for malware. whats wrong with this or is is me? I'm not understanding this problem, should i take it back to geek squad?

Have a look at the PC User Guide and look in the Quarantine and see if there is any threats in there listed

If you are having problems with Webroot and you still have Support with the Geek Squad then I'd call them and explain the issues you are having.
