does Webroot Secure AV have a firewall or not?

Hi MaXimus and welcome to the Webroot community! :D

Webroot AV does have an outbound firewall, yes. For inbound protection it uses Windows firewall which is pretty darn good at stealthing inbound ports. Webroot handles outbound connections by itself. If you are running Windows 7, Vista, or XP, you have the option to tell Webroot to notify you when any untrusted process connects when infected, when any untrusted process connects at all (even if not infected) or when any process connects that you have not specifically allowed. In Windows 8/8.1 this isn't available, because of the limitations put in place by Microsoft in the new OS. However, Webroot still handles outbound connections quietly and automatically and will terminate a known bad process from connecting.

umm, I don't have WSA Internet Security

I have WSA Antivirus

but it still has a firewall radio button on / off

that is not a WSA firewall it just allows me to turn on or off the Windows firewall right?

I'm a bit confused

ohhh! what a pleasant surprise I thought I only bought an antivirus not a firewall + AV suite

so what's the difference between WSA AV and WSA Internet Security then?

Also, why is my Windows Firewall still on and WSA didn't disable it when it was installed?

Shall I disable my Windows Firewall since WSA has one?

I think that you may have missed the following in one of the articles that Daniel pointed you at:
 
"It works with the Windows firewall, which monitors data traffic coming into your computer. With both the SecureAnywhere and Windows firewall turned on, your data has complete inbound and outbound protection."
 
Essentially, if you use a 3rd party firewall which offers both inbound & outbound protection then all versions of WSA defer to the 3rd party but if you are just running WSA then it works with the Windows Firewall.  The latter controls the inbound  whilst WSA handles the outbound.  It is a light marriage made in heaven...assuming that you do not want hhuge amounts of granular control on your outbound connections.
 
I used to run KIS with WSA and KIS handled the outbound...I have since ditched KIS and gone with WSA & WIndows Firewall and feel perfectly safe with the combo.

no wonder why my Active Connections page doens't look the same as the image posted above as I don't have the Allow/Block button for it since I onl have the WSA AV

WSA-ISP has Password Manager and then the Complete Version has 25GB of Back Up & Sync, Password Manager, System Optimizer, System Analyzer and good for 5 PC's or Mac's. See here: http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/compare
