Recently my accessing internet pages has significantly slowed down and I'm noticing the "Waiting for Webroot extension Webroot filtering extensions" message.
Is this causing the slowdown? Is there a way to change this?
Does Webroot slow down internet pages with the Webroot Extension Filtering?

We have been advised by the Webroot Community staff that a lot of people are getting the filtering extension on Chrome slowing things down message, where it can take 30 seconds to resolve.
The good news is that this is currently being investigated by the Webroot Escalations Team, and the advice is that you each Open a Support Ticket ASAP. In that way the Escalations Team can make sure they have an accurate count of how many people are being affected, so they can set the priority appropriately for getting this fixed ASAP.
