Hi desmondb5

I wonder if you could be a little more specific in terms of what the Trojan may be as that would help us help you more specifically.  Also, was this on an inbound or outbound connection?  WSA relies on the Windows Firewalll to provide protection to inbound connections whilst making use of its own firewall to cover outbound connections.  So it would be interesting to know which one caught it.

In general the answer is 'Yes', WSA should catch and stop a Trojan, especailly if it has managed to get onto your system and is not activated/attempting to run.

If you have been notified of a 'catch' then that is a good sign. But to double check your system I would recommend that you undertake a scan of your system (using the 'Scan my Computer' option in the application's main panel) and see what that brings up.  If nothing then most likely you are clean but if you have any doubts or are worried then you should Open a Support Ticket, providing any further details you have therein so that the Support Team can take a look for you and either satisfy you that your system is clean or locate and remove any nasty that may have gotten in.

This service is free of charge to WSA users with a currently active subscription.

Of course if you can provide further information here then we may be able to offer more assistance directly.

Hope that helps?
