Does webroot v8.0.6.44 work with firefox 35?

Yes, it does, and very well.  There should rarely be any issues between WSA and the main browsers even for new releases. But if you do believe that you have issues then please detail them here and we will see what we can do to help.

I use both Safari 8.0.3 and Firefox 35.0.1.  I'm running Webroot v8.0.7.78.  So far, I haven't had any issues where Webroot is concerned with either.  If you run into a problem, I'm sure somebody will help you straighten it out.  Good people here, and good techs.

@  So your using a Mac as I can see your version is v8.0.7.78 I'm not sure if the OP is using a Mac or PC? The PC version is v8.0.7.26.
