does webrootanywhere complete scan for keyloggers and spyware? If not then what do you recommend that will scan for these?

Yes, it does indeed. Please see the screen shot below in relation to the protection you have re. personal data, etc.
And in my honest opinion you have no need for anything further in terms of protection...but if you decide on a layered defense then WSA will play nicely with 98% of other security apps installed on the same system as it.
