Domain problem

Hi, we have an issue, with a domain of an our customer.
 
Our client, have webroot antivirus and when he visit his website with internet explorer, webroot antivirus detect a problem.
 
The website is safe, we check, and the problem is the domain, we think in past, the domain had a malware, but now it's all ok.
 
How can we resolve this issue, there is a solution for re-validate the domain?

Hello there, welcome to the Community!
 
One way to have the domain re-checked is to simply submit a Trouble Ticket.  Please mark it as being "For Brightcloud", and then give the details of the issue, and the domain.
