I had to reset my surface and reload SecureAnywhere.  Now the tablet shows up twice on the list of protected computers.  How do I remove one?

Hi Bob,

Welcome to the Webroot Community.

This will require you to log into your Web Console.

Please have a look at this User Guide Article, it will show you how to deactivate your PC.

If you check the scan time/date of each duplicate PC in the console you can determine which is the older one that should be removed.

Hope this info helps. If you have questions or need further assistance just let us know and we will be happy to help.;)

Cheers,
BD

Done. I've got an old machine I need to retire and now I know how to deactivate it, once I clean it up.

Thanks
