downloading cd
I am having problems downloading a new cd the keycode is not being recognized...

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I am not sure what you problem is so may I suggest that you download the installer from here (for PC - Webroot version) or from here (for PC - Best Buy version), run it and then try entering your keycode when asked during the install process.
If you then have further problems then please post back with details and we will try to help.
