I want to download 25 GB from my Webroot backup storage to my computer. I've tried downloading portions as zip files but some are rejected as invalid (too large maybe?) I there an easier way to restore my files? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
Another thing you could try is to drag-and-drop files from the Webroot Backup & Sync Drive that appears in your "My Computer/This PC" section. If this drive isn't showing there then open the Webroot interface on your PC (click Webroot icon in system tray, near clock) and click Advanced Settings in the upper right. Then choose Backup & Sync from list on left. Make sure that "Enable access to the Webroot Cloud in Explorer" is checked.
Then open the Webroot Backup & Sync Drive on one side of your screen and the destination folder of your PC on the other side and simply drag the files from one to the other.
