dual boot computer
can i install webroot in win 7 & xp on the same computer.dif drive and does it count as 2 installs i have all my devices used but i can uninstall one of my tablets

Yes you can install Webroot on different OS's on the same computer (dual boot, triple boot, quad, etc.) but each installation will take up a seat or "install" on your device limit.
