THIS  A SCAM!!  Neither Microsoft nor any other company sends emails, pop ups, or phone calls of any kind advising that you may have a problem.
 
If you clicked on any links, allowed them to remote into your computer, or went to any websites please submit a Trouble Ticket ASAP.  (Now would be a good idea....)

Microsoft never issues this type of warning or email or anything of a sort!  Please see the following link for Microsofts official word on this:

"Neither Microsoft nor our partners make unsolicited phone calls (also known as cold calls) to charge you for computer security or software fixes.
 
Cybercriminals often use publicly available phone directories so they might know your name and other personal information when they call you. They might even guess what operating system you're using.
 
Once they've gained your trust, they might ask for your user name and password or ask you to go to a website to install software that will let them access your computer to fix it. Once you do this, your computer and your personal information is vulnerable."

I received a call from ewizard services stating I had viruses on my computer and ahowed me all the viruses I had. They would delete these viruses and keep my computer safe from vuiruses with firewalls etc for my lifetime if I would send them $399.99. I was unable to transfer any money from my bank as I had just cancelled all my credit cards due to a similar scam earlier. The contact (a Raymond Tyler) was to call back on Monday so I could give him the correct credit card info. He put several shortcuts on my computer that looked legit and he showed me registration, etc. But can you tell me if this is a scam?

Ewizard has a follow-up version of the original scam. Someone with a decidedly south Asian accent and a very American name calls and says they want to refund the $399 they took from you because they can no longer provide you with services. Then, of course, they want access to your computer again, probably to get access to your bank account records.
