Hello there, welcome to the Community!

On the results screen, the area in which the 5 point 'deduction' was marked should have some notes with it.  What does it say?

To be honest, jsvan1791, I would not set too much store by what the System Analyzer is telling you.  It is provided as a very basic tool and in my humble opinion if you are really looking for detailed analysis & notification of your system I would use a 3rd party app...there are plenty around that do a much better job and are also free.

With regards specifically to the "you have highly fragmented files" message...again I would use a defragmentation app IN ANALYSIS mode only (especially if your system is built around an SSD rather than an HDD) and again many of the free version provide details of which individual files in your system are fragmented.  Not sure which defragmenter you have or are using but check to see that it does not have this feature orther wise if you PM me I can recommend a couple that may help with the anslysis.
