Email deleted trash bin.

If you have deleted the email then it most likely depends as to what you were using to process emails as to where it has gone/whether you can recover it.  But the main point here is that WSA does not have any features that allow one to recover deleted items.
 
If yo were using a local mail client, ie. Windows Mail, Thurderbird, etc. then look in the 'Deleted' or 'Bin' folder for the email; there should be such an option within the client itself.  If using Wenmail, i.e., via a web browser, there should be s similar facility but most likely in a different place.
 
In both cases you should be able to find the deleted item if the client or Webmail are not set to clear the 'Deleted or 'Bin' folders when you exit...and you have not exited the client or Webmail page, etc.

 Its an email I received from my so called friend that worked on my PC.
The potential keylogger.
I dont want it recovered. I want to make sure once it is deleted from the trash in yahoo mail its not stored on my PC.
Just like any file would be until it's taken care of with Ccleaner or webroot.

Apologies for not quite understanding what you were asking originally.
 
As far as I am aware as you are using Yahoo mail, i.e., web mail, the email resides on the server of your email provider (Yahoo) and therefore should not be on your system.  When you close web mail, if you have binned it then it should be gone, unless Yahoo for some reason do not empty deleted items when you log off.
 
So, I do not believe that it will reside on your PC, and even if it did it would be inactive, and so it by some miracle become active then WSA would jump in and block/neutralise it anyway...that it s what it does...it ignores inactive malware (as if it is inactive it can do no harm) and concentrates on finding and stopping malware the instant it activates.

If u are using a proram like Hotmail or Out look an u deleted the letter, go to the Trash bin an look there or if u said it ws Spam, go to the spam folder an your letter willl be there, but if leave it alone, that person address letters wil always to go spam, an u won;t get the letters to your in box, u go to change the mail of what ever mail account u are using.....
