Embaracdero license manager is crashed by Webroot. How can I unblock it?

I am not familair with either of these application so could you precise a little more as to what you mean by "crashed"?  Are yo saying that WSA is preventing you from using either of these applications and if so then exactly how is this manifesting itself?

It is likely that files need whitelisting, if you could  Submit a Support Ticket  they will sort it out.
