enter a valid keycode
Hello, i recently bought wbroot from amazon. when ever i want to install it, it says enter valid key code which i always do since i copy it from behind the cd case

Please make sure that the keycode that you are entering when you run the installer is in the following format:
It should be 20 Character Alphanumeric! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
If that is indeed what you are reading off the CD case and it is not being accepted when entered at the appropriate point in the install process (make sure that you are connected to the Internet when running the installer), then I do not want to worry you unduly but you should go back to the supplier on Amazon and advise them of the issue/see what they can do for you.
Hopefully they are a legitimate supplier and the issue is an administrative one rather than the case of an expired keycode.
Please do come back for more assistance if the above does not help, and we can look to take it from there.
